This screenshot extension (the "Extension") is designed to function entirely on your device. This policy explains what data the Extension handles and why.

Data we collect

None. The Extension collects, transmits, and sells no personal data. There are no analytics, no trackers, no advertising, and no remote servers.

Data processed on your device

• Screenshots you request. When you trigger a capture, the Extension takes screenshots of the tab you are viewing and stitches them into a single image. The image exists only in your browser's memory and local extension storage until you download or copy it. Stitched results are automatically deleted from extension storage after one hour at most, and immediately after the viewer reads them.
• A first-run flag. A single local flag via chrome.storage.local records that you have already seen the welcome page, so it is shown once. It never leaves your device.
• Page content. The Extension reads layout geometry (element sizes and scroll positions) of the page you are capturing. This information is used solely to compute the capture and is never stored or transmitted.
• Page URL and title. Each capture record stores the captured page's URL and title so the viewer can label your screenshot. This record exists only in your browser's local extension storage and is deleted on the same schedule as the screenshot (immediately after the viewer reads it, and at most one hour later).

Permissions

• activeTab — temporary access to the current tab, granted only when you click the Extension. Used to scroll the page and capture screenshots.
• scripting — injects the capture engine into the tab you are capturing.
• storage — remembers locally that the welcome page was shown.
• offscreen — provides a local storage area for stitching data.

Feedback you send us

If you use the feedback form on this website, we receive the message you type, your email address (optional), plus the extension version and browser user-agent attached automatically. The form is delivered by a third-party processor (Web3Forms) solely to deliver your message to our inbox. Feedback is used only to fix bugs and improve the Extension. This website itself is static — it sets no cookies and loads no analytics.

Data sharing

We do not sell, transfer, or share any data with third parties. There is no one to share it with.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date, and — where required — announced in the Extension's store listing.
